Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we are not able to provide exchanges or refunds on any basis other than in the case of a fault. Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.

Returns Process

If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us via email at info@alexandretta.com.au with your order number in the subject line. Evidence must be provided by way of email should there be a fault with the product.

Please email an image of the fault within 3 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Please note that many items have been carefully hand made. Slight irregularities or variations are not be regarded as defects.
